Of 156 001 homes sold in Dubai over the trailing 12 months, this is where the money actually went: the size you get for each budget band and the communities that registered the most sales inside it. Bands are built from registered sale prices, so they describe transactions that completed, not what was advertised. Each band has its own page with the communities where that budget actually transacts.
