- The median price per square foot in July 2025 was AED 1 699, up 9.9% on July 2024.
- Off-plan sales were 62.8% of all registered sales in July 2025.
- Registered sales in July 2025 were worth AED 55.51B in total (outlier prices excluded).
- In the 12 months to July 2025 Dubai registered 203 090 sales worth AED 539.40B, up 29.7% on the 12 months before.
